Narrated Boat Tour of the Lake by Lake Geneva Cruise Line
- Riviera Docks: 812 Wrigley Dr., Lake Geneva, WI 53147
Features: This is one of the top things to do in Lake Geneva! The Lake Geneva Cruise Line offers several options ranging from 1 to 3.5 hours. Some of my favorite tours are the ice cream social tour (good for families), the Jazz Dinner tour, and the full lake tour. All boats have restrooms and a cash bar. This is one of the best ways to see and learn about the beautiful mansions around the lake. Click here for the full list of all tours.

While tours require tickets the public is welcome to hike the exterior trails/grounds of this stunning building. If you are hiking, they just ask you park in the grassy shaded lot on the southside of the campus. If you want to take a tour they offer two ranging from 1.25 to 1.5 hours and tickets are required.
Black Point Estate Tour (and boat ride!)
- Pick up tour at Riviera Docks: 812 Wrigley Dr., Lake Geneva, WI 53147
Features: Looking for something different? Take a tour of this historic mansion built by Chicago beer baron, Conrad Seipp in 1888. There were no roads at the time, so the family got to the house by boat. That is how you will also get there! The Geneva Cruise Line offers a Black Point estate tour which includes 45 minutes boat ride followed by an 1.5 tour of the first 2 levels of the home. You will return home by narrated boat tour as well. The entire tour takes around 3.5 hours. Inside tip: There are around 100 steps from the pier to the home so make sure everyone on your tour is ok with this!
Lake Geneva Ghost Tour
- Starts at Seminary Park (downtown Lake Geneva); Cross streets are Cass st and South Lakeshore Drive
Features: If you love all things spooky sign up for this 90 minute walking tour that will guide your through all of the haunted locations in Lake Geneva. Visit locations like the Baker House and Maxwell mansion and learn what spirits might still be haunting them today! This unique tour is a fun way to learn a whole different type of history about the Lake Geneva area.
