If you’re looking for the best fireworks in Lake Geneva Wisconsin, you’ve come to the right place. Fourth of July weekend is one of my favorite times of year around Geneva Lake. My family has been around the area since the 1930s, so over the years we’ve celebrated the Fourth everywhere from Fontana Beach to downtown Delavan to out on the water watching fireworks from a boat.
Every June, I get asked the same question: “Which fireworks show should we go to?” The answer really depends on the kind of experience you’re looking for.
Maybe you’re traveling with young kids and want a full day of family activities. Maybe you’d rather skip the biggest crowds and find a quieter place to watch the fireworks. Or maybe you’ve always wanted to see the show from the middle of Geneva Lake.
The good news is there’s something for everyone.
To make planning easier, I’ve put together this local’s guide to the biggest Fourth of July celebrations happening around Lake Geneva, Fontana, Delavan, Williams Bay, and Sharon. You’ll find everything from traditional fireworks and Lake Geneva’s brand new drone show to boat cruises, parades, concerts, and some of my favorite insider tips to help you enjoy the holiday weekend like a local.
Disclaimer: Make sure to double check all event details with the location as things can change!
Which Fourth of July Event Should You Choose?
