Insider Tip: There is a small patch of sand right in front of the marina. While using the term beach would be generous, my kids love playing in the sand so we always bring some sand toys and they are occupied for at least an hour! There is also a large grassy area so bring a football or soccer ball too!

The Abbey Resort has so many amenities but one of the best are the pool options! There are 4 pools to choose from!
Indoor Pool- This is open year round and includes a large pool, hot tub, and small toddler splash area. There are locker rooms with a simple shower/changing area and towels onsite to use. Plus this pool is right next door to the arcade and movie room so get ready for a night of fun.
Outdoor Adult Only Pool- There is a separate adult only outdoor pool that is open during the summer. There are plenty of chairs and an outdoor bar so you can enjoy a cocktail by the pool!
Outdoor Kids Pool- This family pool is the place to be if you have kids! The main pool has two small slides and a basketball hoop, providing hours of fun. There is a large splash pad with fountains, mini slide and water guns and also a hot tub in the area. The family pool is very close to the outdoor bar so parents can enjoy a cocktail by the pool, and towels are provided at the entrance.
Indoor Pool at the Avani Spa- You have access to this adult only indoor pool if you have a daily spa pass or purchase spa services. This newly renovated pool is beautiful with high wood ceilings, plenty of seating, hot tea and coffee, and a small salt room.
